A: Yes, we offer samples for quality checks. Since electric bikes are high-value items, we do not provide free samples, and the transportation fee is not included in the sample price.
Q2: Do you offer customized products (OEM/ODM)?
A: Yes. We can accommodate customized requirements for colors, logos, designs, packaging, and specific language manuals.
Q3: What are the accepted payment terms?
A: We accept EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF, DDP, and DDU. For bulk orders, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining 50% balance paid before shipment. We accept T/T, L/C, West Union, and major credit cards.
Q4: How do you handle shipping?
A: If you have a forwarder, we can send the cargo to them. If not, we can recommend suitable shipping methods such as courier (DHL, UPS, Fedex), air, or sea shipment.
